This article explains how to update your email address, password and contact details for your PlayNHost account.
1. Log in to the Client Area
- Go to https://playnhost.com/billing.
- Enter your Email Address and Password, then click Login.
2. Change your account email address
- In the Client Area, look for the account menu (for example, your name in the top-right corner).
- Click Account Details or My Details (exact label may vary).
- Find the Email Address field and replace it with your new email.
- Check that the rest of your contact details are correct.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: After changing your email, all future invoices, notifications and password resets will be sent to the new address.
3. Change your password
- From the same account menu, look for an option such as Change Password or Security Settings.
- Enter your current password.
- Choose a new password and enter it twice to confirm.
- Click Save Changes or Update Password.
Password tips:
- Use a password that is not used on other websites.
- Choose a long password with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
- Store it in a trusted password manager instead of writing it down.
4. Update your billing address and contact details
- Go back to Account Details / My Details in the Client Area.
- Update your Name, Company (if applicable), Billing Address, Country and Phone Number.
- Click Save Changes to apply the updates.
Correct billing details help ensure invoices are generated with the right information and can be important for tax or accounting purposes.
5. If you cannot access your account
- Forgotten password
On the login page at https://playnhost.com/billing, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password by email. - Email address no longer accessible
If you cannot use the email on your account (for example, you lost access to it), please contact support. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before changing the email. - Suspicious activity
If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and open a ticket so we can review recent activity and help secure your services.
If you need help changing your details or suspect that your account has been compromised, please open a ticket from the Support → Submit a Ticket section and explain the situation.
