Welcome to PLAYNHOST! By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms are here to ensure our services remain fast, secure, and fair for everyone.

In these Terms:

• “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to PLAYNHOST.
• “You” and “Your” refer to the customer or account holder.
• “Service” or “Services” refers to any hosting, game server, or related product offered by PLAYNHOST.

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. It’s your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

2. General Rules

• Use common sense: if you think something could cause trouble, it probably will.
• Legal compliance: you must not use our services for anything illegal in your country or in ours.
• No harm to others: don’t attack, disrupt, or interfere with other PLAYNHOST users, our infrastructure, or the wider internet.
• Minimum age: you must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Service Usage & Fair Use Policy

Our resources are designed for high-performance hosting, not abuse. While we do not impose arbitrary limits, usage must remain within reasonable operational levels.

• Disk space is intended solely for files and data directly related to your hosted service. Storage of unrelated files (e.g., large collections of movies, copyrighted material, backups exceeding our policy) is prohibited.
• CPU and bandwidth usage must not negatively impact the stability of our platform. We reserve the right to take corrective actions, including throttling, suspension, or file removal, if resource usage is excessive or harmful.
• Backups are limited to 3 active backups per service and must not exceed 15 GB total per account. Additional backups must be stored externally.
• Maps and world data should be optimized for live gameplay. Large pre-generated worlds or unoptimized maps that strain performance may be restricted or removed.

4. Security

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share your login credentials.
• Report any suspected account compromise to us immediately.
• Attempts to exploit or gain unauthorized access to our systems will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Payments

• Services are activated only after we receive your initial payment.
• Renewals must be paid before your service expires. Failure to pay will result in suspension, and after 30 days, termination and permanent deletion of your data.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate suspension of all services until resolved.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on new service orders.

Conditions:

• Applies only to the first purchase of a new service on your account.
• Refund requests must be submitted via our client area within 48 hours of the original order time.
• Refunds are not available for renewals, add-ons already fulfilled, or services intentionally misused.
• Once a refund is issued, the related service will be terminated.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible; otherwise, account credit may be issued.

7. Cancellations

• You may cancel your service at any time via the client area.
• It is your responsibility to cancel any recurring payment subscriptions you have set up through your payment provider.

8. Affiliates & Referrals

• Commissions apply only to referrals that result in new customers.
• Affiliate and referral programs are subject to fair use, and abuse will result in forfeiture of earned commissions.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is outlined in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

10. Violations & Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for any breach of these Terms. Depending on severity, legal action may also be taken.
