- Log in to the Client Area at https://playnhost.com/billing.
- Go to Services → My Services and open your Terraria server.
- On the Product Details page, note the IP / Hostname and Port.

Share these details with your friends in the format: IP:Port (for example, 123.45.67.89:7777).
2. Start your server from the Game Panel
- Go to https://panel.playnhost.com and log in.

- On the server dashboard, click Start.
- Wait until the console shows that the server is fully online.
3. Join from the Terraria client
- Launch Terraria on your PC.
- From the main menu, click Multiplayer.
- Click Join via IP.

- When asked for the Server IP Address, enter your server IP (for example,
123.45.67.89). - When asked for the Port, enter your server port (for example,

4. If your server has a password
- If you configured a password in your Terraria server settings, the game will ask for it when players connect.
- Give your friends the correct password (watch capital letters and special characters).
- If they enter the wrong password, they will be refused connection.
5. Troubleshooting connection issues
- “Connecting…” then timeout
Make sure:- The server is actually Online in the Game Panel.
- The IP and port are typed correctly (no extra spaces).
- You haven’t changed the port in config without updating what you give to players.
- Only some players can join
Check if your server is full, if there is a password, or if any players are banned. Also confirm they are all using the same Terraria version.
If players still cannot join after checking these steps, please open a ticket from Support → Submit a Ticket and include your server IP, port and what error players see.
