How to order your first server on PlayNHost Print

This guide walks you through ordering your very first game server on PlayNHost – from choosing a game on our website to completing checkout in the Client Area. The process usually takes just a few minutes.
Step 1 – Go to the PlayNHost website
- Open your browser and go to https://playnhost.com.
- Use the top navigation to choose what you want to host:
- MINECRAFT HOSTING – for Minecraft servers.
- GAME SERVERS – for other supported games (Rust, ARK, Palworld, etc.).
- DISCORD BOT HOSTING – for Discord bot hosting.
Step 2 – Choose your game and plan
- Click the game you want to host. For example, click MINECRAFT HOSTING to open the Minecraft Server Hosting page.
- On the game page, review the available plans. Each plan shows:
- The plan name (for example: SAND, STONE, COAL, IRON, GOLD, REDSTONE, etc. for Minecraft).
- The recommended number of players (for example, “5+ Players”).
- The amount of RAM included.
- The monthly price and any first-month discount.
- Click the plan that fits your needs and then click the Order Now (or equivalent order) button to start checkout.
Step 3 – Configure your order
- You will be redirected to the PlayNHost billing order form.
- On the configuration page:
- Select your preferred billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual), if available for that product.
- Choose any server options the form offers for your game (for example: location, backups, extras).
- If you have a coupon or promotion code, enter it in the Promotional Code field.
- Click Continue or Checkout to move to the summary page.
Step 4 – Create or log into your Client Area account
- If you are a new customer:
- Fill in the registration form with your name, email address, and billing details.
- Choose a secure password for your PlayNHost Client Area account.
- If you already have an account:
- Click the option to log in and enter your existing email address and password.
Step 5 – Review your order and pay
- On the final checkout page, review:
- The game and plan you selected.
- The billing cycle and total price.
- Any discounts or coupon codes applied.
- Select your preferred payment method from the available options.
- Read and accept the Terms of Service and Service Level Agreement.
- Click Complete Order to submit your payment.
Step 6 – Wait for automatic setup
- After payment is successful, your server will be provisioned automatically.
- You will receive one or more emails from PlayNHost with:
- Your order confirmation.
- Details about your new service and how to access it.
Step 7 – Find your server in the Client Area
- Go to https://playnhost.com and click Client Area in the top navigation, or visit https://playnhost.com/billing directly.
- Log in with the email and password you used during checkout.
- In the Client Area, open your list of services. Your new server should appear there as Active.
- Click the service to view details and to find the link to your Game Panel at panel.playnhost.com.
If you follow these steps and still don’t see your server or receive an error during checkout, please open a ticket from the Support → Submit a Ticket section in the Client Area and include your order number.
