How to access your game panel from the billing area Print

This guide explains how to open your PlayNHost game control panel starting from the Client Area. Use these steps whenever you want to start, stop, restart or configure your server.


Step 1 – Log in to the Client Area

  1. Open your browser and go to https://playnhost.com/billing.
  2. Click Login if you see the login form, or Client Area from the main website navigation.
  3. Enter your Email Address and Password, then click Login.

Step 2 – Open your list of services

  1. After logging in, you will see your Client Area Home.
  2. Navigate to the section that lists your hosting services (for example, ServicesMy Services or a similar link such as Your Products & Services).
  3. You should now see a table with all active PlayNHost services on your account (game servers, Discord bot hosting, etc.).

Step 3 – Open the server you want to manage

  1. Find the server you want to manage in the list.
  2. Click the service name or the Manage / View Details button for that row.
  3. This opens the Product Details page for that specific server.

Step 4 – Go to the Game Panel

  1. On the Product Details page, look for a button or link to the control panel. This is usually labelled something like:
    • Game Panel
    • Open Control Panel
    • or Login to Panel
  2. Click this button. A new tab will open to panel.playnhost.com with your game control panel.
  3. In most cases, you will be logged in automatically from the Client Area using single sign-on.

Step 5 – Logging in directly to panel.playnhost.com

You can also access the panel directly if you already know your panel login:

  1. Go to https://panel.playnhost.com in your browser.
  2. Enter your panel username and password, then click Login.
  3. Once logged in, you will see your servers listed in the panel and can manage them from there.

Troubleshooting

  • The Game Panel button does nothing or shows an error
    Try refreshing the page in the Client Area and click the button again. If the problem continues, log out and back in to the Client Area and try once more.
  • You do not know your panel password
    On the panel.playnhost.com login page, use the Forgot Password option if available, or open a support ticket so we can reset it for you.
  • You cannot see your server in the panel
    Make sure you opened the panel from the correct service in your list of services. If the server is still missing, please open a ticket and include the service name from the Client Area.

If you follow these steps and still cannot access your panel, please open a ticket from the Support → Submit a Ticket section in the Client Area and include the name of the affected service.
